My life has never been busier. With two kids, two parents working full time, and volunteering full time, or schedules are insane. There are some weeks where my husband and I look at each other on Friday nights, after we have collapsed on the couch from sheer exhaustion, and say, 'I haven't even seen you all week. Have we even hugged at all?' It's sad to say, but that has become our reality. The good news is- vacation is coming!

This little guy is a little older now, and I can't wait to see him running and playing on the beach with his baby sister.

I can't wait for vacation. Since I am self-employed, I can take a vacation anytime I like, and my work just comes along with me (thank you, WiFi!). We're heading to Topsail Island, and I cannot wait to spend the week with my husband, kids, my parents, and my sister and bro-in-law. After we spend a week at the beach, we'll come home, and then the following weekend, we'll embark on a family camping trip.

About a week after we finish our camping weekend, we'll head to Florida, and I will be attending BlogHer17. I am so excited to meet up with fellow bloggers, influencers, brand reps, and learn from the best. While in Orlando, we're planning to hit a few parks and have a little fun.

July will bring us an exciting weekend trip to Blowing Rock, NC. We'll also head to Lake Junaluska, NC for a family reunion and celebration at the end of July. August will bring another beach trip, and there will be plenty of little day trips all summer long.

Am I ready to rest or relax? I don't even know the meaning of those words anymore. I am ready for vacation all the same.
