I love personalized gifts! If it were up to me, everything in my closet would be monogrammed- shirts, outerwear, handbags, shoes... you name it! Monogrammed gifts are really catching on, and more and more, I am seeing everyone from little kids to teens and adults, sporting their monogram on everyday items. As much as I love to get myself personalized items, I love to dress my son (and will love to dress my daughter) in monogrammed clothing, and I love to give monogrammed gifts to others, as well.
I was excited to team up with The Pink Monogram again this holiday season, to showcase one of their hottest holiday and winter products! I love the available items from The Pink Monogram- they are so on trend, and adorable. The Pink Monogram is a monogramming boutique located in Greenville, SC (not too far from me- a couple of hours, give or take). Greenville is an awesome city, and there are a lot of fabulous businessed located there. The Pink Monogram just happens to be one of them! This year, I was offered the opportunity to select a holiday item for review, and couldn't pass up their cute monogrammed puffy vests!
My monogrammed item from The Pink Monogram arrived all nicely packaged, bearing The Pink Monogram logo, so I knew what was inside of the package. I like not having to play guessing games, like... hmm, who can I open this in front of?

Now, I have to go into a bit of background here, to tell you why I picked the puffy vest. Gang, I live in NC... and while we don't have hot winters, we don't normally have cold winters, either. Right now, we are experiencing very mild weather, and no one needs their winter coats. We're all kind of just chilling out in our- you guessed it... vests! Vests give us that added layer of warmth without overheating us this time of year.
I received a beautiful and chic black puffy vest from The Pink Monogram, with a very nice 'Thanks for your order' card.
I love the vest- it's a thinner puffy vest, which is so nice, because you can wear it and still have that warmth you desire, without feeling like a marshmallow.
The best part... the monogram is on the back collar of the vest!
How cute is it that you can put the monogram right on the back collar of the vest? If you don't want an in your face monogram, the back collar is the perfect spot. The monogram is smaller, and everyone will still see it! You also have the option to place a monogram on the front of the vest, if you'd rather. There are also lots of different monogram options, from thread color to font style. I chose white thread, because that way, it won't clash with any other color worn under the vest. The best thing about choosing a black vest, is that it can be worn with just about anything.

Keep in mind that I am five months preggo here, folks... but the vest is a size small, which is the size I would normally wear. It's still a little roomy, and after baby arrives, should be able to be worn in the spring, when the air is still crisp. The vest features side pockets, with zip closures... a bonus for me, because I love pockets! The vest is so lightweight, but I can definitely feel that added layer of warmth when wearing it.

When your hair is in a ponytail or pulled off to the side (like mine almost always is!), you can clearly see the monogram on the back of the collar. Anyone with sort hair would love having their monogram back there! The vest is cozy and comfy, and is a great cut, as well. It looks great with a pair of jeans- any style and flats, sneakers, or boots! Dress the vest up, or dress it down! There's no wrong way to wear it!
