My second resolution is to really start taking better care of myself. Last year I lost 30 pounds and I was feeling pretty good. Fast forward to mid October/ early November and I realized that I gained back a little more than half of that weight! 17 pounds back on because I didn't care enough about myself to do what I know I needed to to take care of my body! That's changing this year, but if I am being honest, I am likely going to need some accountability partners!
One of the things I am looking forward to doing for myself is getting back into exercising at home. Back in July I was lucky enough to review 2 great DVDs (from Shazzy Fitness)that allowed me to have fun while dancing around my living room to some great Christian music! I am still no where near ready to be featured in any Shazzy exercise DVDs, but it sure is a fun way to get my exercise in and my daughters think it's a blast too! Small Fun Fact- Shazzy Fitness recently made the "Top DVD Workouts of 2014" in the Chicago Sun Times!
