After a summer of adventures and tethered to a powerbank, I decided it was finally time to upgrade my phone. I hate doing so because it's never a smooth or inexpensive process. Whenever tech has to be upgraded, so do the accessories. I'm pretty rough on my phone and am all about the protection whenever possible. 

Good cases, screen protectors, and decent kickstands help keep my phone in relatively good condition so that I can use it for a trade in when the battery starts dying. 

CaseKoo has become my go-to for phone protection. While they mostly deal with iPhone protection, Samsung cases are also available.  

After a couple of weeks of use, this case holds up. Despite numerous drops from hands, pockets, couches, and bags; this case has protected my phone in the best ways possible. Shock protection is offered up to 16 ft, and while I haven't tested that theory, it has fallen at least a few feet onto pavement, in dog parks, and on my office floor, amid other places. 

I love how durable CaseKoo products are, and how they come in various colors to suit personalities. 

This particular case is transparent with a glittered (don't worry, it's not actual glitter that will come off on your hands) look, so that the phone's color can be seen throughout it. My new Samsung is a light greenish blue that looks great in this case! 

Protection around the buttons offers a way for grime to stay away, but also an easy, accessible way to utilize volumes and controls. I've had some cases that protect buttons, but make it difficult to use them because of the case's material. Scratch and smudge-proof resistant, the German-imported TPU and AR tech also protects against yellowing. 

Raised bumpers around the cameras and screen also exist to prevent scratches and damage. 

CaseKoo also sent over a regular stand with the phone. Perfect for cooking videos, photos/ videos, and perhaps even streaming, this small stand is definitely usable and versatile. Called a V Version kickstand, this little gadget will definitely be going in my bag for adventures!

My only complaint with this particular case is that it's slippery due to its matte features. There's little to grip, so when it's hot and sweaty, I do find the phone slides in my hand. 

I am considering what type of accessory to add to help with the grip. There are pop sockets, rings, straps, and more that could be added if I so desired.

Most of the CaseKoo cases are going to have magic stand options to help with that grip and stand protection. A magnetic ring acts as a "magic stand" as it can be swiveled and adjusted at angles of 40 °~120 °.
