Last weekend, my husband and I had a chance to go on a date. It was the first date we've had in many months, so it was nice to be out without our beautiful kids. We chose to go to the movies to see MARVEL Avengers: Infinity War before it leaves theatres. We seldom get to go to the movies because of our busy schedules. One of the highlights was being able to see the new Jurassic World movie trailer on the big screen! It's one of those summer blockbusters we can't wait to see.
I still remember when the very first Jurassic Park movie came out in theatres. I was in junior high, and wanted very badly to see it, though my mom wouldn't let me. Now that I'm a mom, I totally get why she didn't want her young kids to see the movie- as I wouldn't let my 7-year-old watch it, for sure. Fast forward to adulthood, and it's a favorite movie of mine and my husband.
We're big movie collectors and love to watch movies at home after the kids head to bed. We have tried to make a point to purchase all of our favorite movies over time and make sure we have complete sets in trilogies and series. Now, we're so excited to own all of the Jurassic Park/Jurassic World movies in one complete set!
