I love to eat!! I love to cook for friends and family!!
I know that I need to be healthier. In the fast-paced world of work, being a wife and mom, I often forget to take a step back and make healthy choices. My biggest struggle is ensuring that I get my water requirements every day. I mean coffee should count as water right it’s just water and ground beans!?!? My doctor didn’t agree with my coffee logic and informed me that I needed to drink more actual water. Throughout my life eating healthy has been a problem. I’ve tried all the fad diets, the shakes, and even the processed foods sent to your door, promising to lose 20 pounds in three weeks. None of them have ever worked for me because they’re either too expensive, too fast-paced, or just not sustainable.
The holidays often make us think about how blessed and lucky we are. Towards the end of the holiday season, comes resolution season where we start thinking about ways that we can be better. Healthy living is not just a fad…It is a way of life. That does not mean, however, that it is easy. Many of us struggle each year to keep our healthy resolutions. What if I were to tell you that there was a product out there that would be an accountability piece and make sure that we are maintaining our goals?
The healthy living planner, is a one stop shop, accountability partner. Its features include a weekly planner, which can be used for meal prepping, exercise tracking, or even just daily tasks. On each day of the week are pictured 7 cups to symbolize the amount of water that you’re supposed to drink every day. At the end of each week, the planner has a weekly check-in in which you reflect on your mood, energy, productivity, and healthy habits for the week. For each month, there is a gold tracker in which a challenge is given by the book, and then space for six other habits or challenges that you give to yourself. At the beginning of each month of planning, you also receive healthy tips that can range from positivity to wellness and healthy eating tips.
My biggest personal advice with the healthy living planner, if you are just getting started on your journey, is to start small. Set small achievable goals with the planner first, like making sure that you get the right amount of water every day by coloring in the cups. Then slowly add more into the planner. It can seem overwhelming if you jump right in with everything on day 1. By gaining confidence with the small achievements, and slowly adding in more, you will be a healthy living pro in no time. The long-lasting impact of this healthy living planner on your life is immeasurable as it spans from July 2024-December 2025.
