Pep Up Your Pup with Fabulous Furry Friends Gift Baskets! Giveaway included!

Chachi thanks Fabulous Furry Friends for this exciting basket full of goodies! All thoughts are my own.

How many treats, gifts, and stuffies does your pet receive regularly? I personally believe that I spend more money on my dog than I do myself, sometimes. The food, treats, toys, and accessories all add up, for sure.

As we head into spring, it's time to upgrade and replace some items that my dog loves and needs. If you or a loved one needs or wants to treat your pet to some new accessories and toys, check out Fabulous Furry Friends. They are filled with absolutely everything our dogs need- from raincoats (including matching human ones) to leashes, to sensory toys.. you got it, they might have it!

Fabulous Furry Friends was kind enough to send me a basket full of the latest and greatest accessories that any pet owner needs

Paikka's Glow Leash for Dogs ($35.00)

A while back, a neighbor gifted me a glow-in-dark leash. After a few tugs and drops, the battery gadget quickly died and no longer functioned. In the basket, I found a wonderful Glow Leash from Paikka. This Glow leash contains a carabiner style clip, so that your dog's leash isn't easily undone and is made of flourescent material that absorbs light and glows in the dark. So, I struggled with figuring out how to utilize the Paikka leash, No instructions were included, so I reached out to the rep, and found out the leash needs to absorb light for 48 hours (preferably direct sunlight) before use. It also doesn't glow brightly with streetlamps/ lights, but in the pitch black, it is visible. For those of us who live in crowded city or urban areas, its probably not the leash for us, but I do appreciate that it provides better visibility than a darker leash.

Paikka's Cross Body Bag- $69.99

Treat Bags are not something that Chachi needs, as he is eleven and as trained as he is going to get. If you are a person training your pet, then the Treat Bag is something you should consider. It's a reflective waist bag that allows you to carry treats, accessories, and even your own personal gear via an adjustable strap.  I could see us using this if we are going on a longer adventure and I need to take water, etc.

Tulum Handmade Beaded Dog Collar- $45.00

Chachi wears a harness more than a collar, as I prefer not jerking him around the neck, since he is a small breed. Yet, collars are very important to help identify our furry friends. The Tulum Beaded Dog collar is colorful and even has a couple of decorative emblems on it! I also received a matching Tulum bracelet and mini bag to go along with the collar, which is a fun addition so that human and pet can have a connection.

Patchwork Pet Caterpillar- $18

This is now Chachi's favorite toy. It is longer than he is, it has a squeaker, and it has the noise rattle. Even in his twelve years of age, he still loves to fling his toys, toss them, and chase after them. He LOVES playing tug of war with this toy, or curling up on it when he zonks out after evening walks. This is his definite highlight of the entire basket!

Cheerble Wicked Egg Pet Puzzle- $60.00

So, I have to admit that poor Chachi hates this creation. It makes noise, it moves, and it generally disturbs him. He dislikes robotic type things in general (the robot vacuum, the dishwasher noise, etc). I think this makes a great toy for dogs who need puzzles to keep them occupied, or need sensory toys to keep them from getting into mischief. If he was younger and more trainable, it would be the perfect fit! So basically, this is an electronic toy that wobbles and chirps. As the dog plays with it, it shoots out treats. We honestly didn't get that far. I actually want to test it out on some of Chachi's friends but due to illness, haven't made it out to their home. He has gotten to the point where he doesn't run away now, and does kind of wait for the treat to come out, but he doesn't get the whole "playing" concept.  Sometimes you just can't teach an old dog new tricks! This is a fantastic idea and I will be sharing this toy with others in my life, perhaps with my sister's dogs, who are much younger!

All of these items and more could be found in the Fabulous Furry Friend's Golden Gift Basket. The basket arrives full of items from many brand partners of Fabulous Furry Friends. My basket contained items from Paikka, Tulum, Patchwork Pet, and Cheerble.

  • Cheerble has amazing pet toys, a lot of sensory type toys, to help train and stimulate.
  • Paikka provides sustainable lifestyle products, like raincoats, that are easy to use and somewhat fashionable!
  • Patchwork Pet has quality pet toys that are designed to last and stimulate!
  • Tulum products are handcrafted by Tzotzil Indians. Proceeds from sales support their community. The organization also rescues animals from Mexico streets and helps to rehome them.
This Spring, I highly encourage you to check out Fabulous Furry Friends for your needs. No matter whether your climate is still cold and snowy, rainy, or has beautiful sunlight; there is certainly a product that will allow your pet to play, grow, and be nurtured! I love our glow leash, even though it's hard to keep clean, and Chachi loves his caterpillar!
