Naked Nutrition has grown to offer over 50 products, with most having 3 ingredients or less. Their desire is to “give people control over their health and fitness journey by using pure ingredients that are easy to understand and as few of them as possible.”

I was able to try two of their products - The Oatmeal Raisin Naked Cookie and Naked Bake Protein Powder. I thoroughly enjoyed both of these. The cookies are individually wrapped for on-the-go convenience. As a teacher and mom to two littles, convenience is extra helpful. I shared the cookies with a co-worker and student who is on a gluten-free diet. My co-worker loved that it didn’t “make her gassy” like other protein and fiber filled options. My student who has had to cut gluten out of her diet loved that the cookie had all of the familiar taste without compromising her health. 

The Naked Bake Protein powder is the star in this showcase. It is, and I kid you not, THE BEST protein powder I have ever tried. I like to enjoy mine blended with almond milk, a banana, and walnuts. However, this superstar is great even on its own. I love how versatile this protein is. From making it as a shake to an individual microwaved muffin in a mug, you cannot go wrong with however you choose to consume it.
