My favorite kitchen utensil is my small silicone spatula, because I am do so many things with it. I can scrape the last bit of peanut butter from the jar. I can use it to put icing on cupcakes. I can stir and mix with it.
ReplyDeleteI do a lot of cooking, so I have a lot of favorite recipes. I do want to share one of my favorite snack recipes. It is a no-bake protein energy bar that I enjoy before a workout:

1/2 cup Raisins
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seed
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Press it into a 13x9 dish lined with parchment paper. Cover pan and put it in the fridge for at least three hours before cutting and serving.
