Happy Saturday, friends! We've got a week until Christmas, and while I'm not as prepared as I'd like to be, I am absolutely not doing anything about it today. Today, I'm taking it easy and working on remembering that while things may seem chaotic, I don't have to participate in the chaos. 

Today, the plan is to just sit back and enjoy a quiet Saturday with one another. If the mood strikes, we *might* make some holiday desserts, but it looks like today will be filled with games (card, board, and video), holiday movies, and one very important errand only mildly related to the holidays. 

As much as I love the holiday season, I am not a fan of all of the hustle and bustle. It seems a little more chaotic this year,  or maybe I'm just a little more sensitive to it. Either way, today I'm taking a break from it. I'll be enjoying quiet moments with my loved ones and that is it! 

I hope no matter what you are up to today, you are able to find at least a moment to sit back and take it easy!
