Happy Saturday, friends. It's National Cheeseburger Day, so I'm going to go ahead and share a few great cheeseburger recipes with you guys.

1. Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup- Pam shared this on the blog just over a year ago. This recipe is just perfect for cheeseburger day since the weather is just cooling down enough.

2. One Pot Cheeseburger Casserole- I saw this one a few years ago on The Cozy Cook website. It looks delicious and I wish I knew earlier that today was cheeseburger day because I would have planned ahead to make this. 

3. Cheeseburger Salad with Mustard Dressing- This recipe from Lexi's Clean Kitchen is a great alternative to a traditional cheeseburger, especially when you are trying to cut back on carbs.
