Growing up, we always had cheesecake around at holidays. Mind you, it wasn't the fancy kind.. more so the find in the freezer aisle of the grocery store line. I've never much liked cheesecake as a child= probably a texture thing.. I always preferred brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and my favorite: vanilla yellow cake with chocolate icing. Yet, as I continue to explore desserts available when I'm at dinners, parties, and events, I've developed a fondness for cheesecake.

Cheesecake- so good, but can be so bad, especially for those with food sensitives and restrictions. While I've started to find that I like cheesecake, it's richness does me in. I find that grocery store cheesecakes and sometimes even restaurant/ bakery style are filled with too much "stuff" that makes my digestion upset later. Using locally produced butter and 100% rBGH free cream cheese, these cheesecakes are packed full of flavor.. and the best part: no added sugars, fructose corn syrup, or artificial flavors! I was sent 4 flavors to try out: the Key Lime, Pumpkin, Chocolate, and Classic. I must admit, my chocolate addiction has won so far and that's my favorite! Pumpkin is a typically fall flavor and of course Key Lime and Classic are great too.

While these cheesecakes are Keto- friendly and gluten friendly, I couldn't even tell a difference in taste. We know sometimes that products geared towards certain markets taste differently (most likely because our taste-buds are trained to sniff out those high sugary items), but these cheesecakes are absolutely fabulous!

Shipping these directly to your door is easy too. They arrive packaged in a cooler with dry ice. Even in our 100% heat, the box did well in my amazon hub. Left outside my door, probably slightly different- so just be aware and track your shipments if sending in hot weather.
