There is nothing I love more than a stew on a cold, rainy day! I came across this delicious recipe from Gimme Some Oven Guinness Irish Beef Stew and it is one of the most flavorful stews I have ever made! I made it on the stove, but it could certainly be made in a crock pot as well. It made my home smell heavenly and my family's bellies full! It is full of savory goodness. The Guinness adds such a bold undertone to the flavor and adds to the richness of the beef. At my family's request, I have added this recipe to our bi-weekly rotation during these chilly months.
