I love tacos. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, Del Taco, and pretty much any place that sells tacos. It got pretty expensive for a family of 4. In 2013, my husband lost his job, and getting take out was not in the cards, but it didn't mean my cravings stopped. So, I did what any good wife and mom would do... I found a recipe upon recipe to make tacos at home and they were a fraction of the cost. I could mimic my favorite places or do my take on them.
One of the easiest recipes I have found takes no more than 15 minutes to make. While it may not be the healthiest, I am not complaining because it is super delicious. There are usually no leftovers here at Chateau Belair.

What you will need
1lb ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken
1-2 bags of Knorr (Lipton) beef, taco, Spanish or Mexican flavored Rice
Flour or corn Tortillas either soft or hard
Step 1: In a frying pan brown your preferred meat.
Step 2: As the meat is browning use a medium sized sauce pan to cook the rice as indicated on the package. ( I omit adding butter)
Step 3: Mix and serve
(If you choose to not mix please season meat with Adobo or salt and pepper)
