Happy Saturday, friends. Here we are, welcoming another new month, and looking at a brand new day to fill with adventures! I'm feeling both excited and a bit apprehensive about what could possibly happen this month. So much is still up in the air, but I am doing my best to remain calm and to focus on the positive things. 

Last weekend, we had plans to continue on adventuring. I had hoped to head to another local spot we hadn't visited before, but a few things got in the way of our plans, and we just couldn't make it happen. This weekend is looking pretty promising, though! 

Today, we had a hearty breakfast and I went ahead and packed some sandwiches, snacks, and drinks for this afternoon's adventure. In a few moments, we'll all be applying sunscreen and bug guard and then heading off to Harkness Park!
