I had not heard of these before and was very interested to learn more about them. They arrived and I immeditaly opened them and put them in my shoes. They were so simple to use. Just slip them in your shoe. I left them overnight and could tell a difference the next morning. They had definelty stretched my shoes but I wasn't sure that they would stay comfortable all day, so I took an extra pair of shoes with me to work, just in case. I was so excited that I didn't need to change shoes. My new favorite pair of shoes now fit perfect and are not too tight or uncomfrotable for me to wear all day. I walk a lot and don't sit down very much, so having on a pair of shoes that are not going to hurt my feet is something that is very important to me! I have to have comfort. FORMÉ shoe shapers do exactly what they say they will do. I have only tried them on one pair of shoes so far, but I have a couple other pairs I have stopped wearing because they are a little tight. I will be putting these shoe shapers to work and hopefully getting back some of my shoes without having to go shoe shopping!
