I love baking and the holidays are my favorite time to take advantage of the double oven gifted to me by my Grandmom Elaine. Sometimes though, life throws a curveball and all of the things that I may have aimed to do, especially baking, get pushed back to the point that they become a giant overwhelming task. Thankfully, ready-made cookies are a thing and I just found my new favorites- Loacker Quadratini Bite Size Wafer Cookies!
I was so excited when the package from Loacker arrived and I could hardly wait to see what was inside. We received samples of their (limited edition) Italian Blends Quadratini Collection- Bite Size Wafer Cookies in Cappuccino, Espresso, and Tiramisu flavors. I had a hard time deciding which bag to open first, but ultimately the Tiramisu flavor won out.
The smell, once the bag was opened, was delightful and I'm glad to report that the cookies taste delicious. Sadly, they are extremely addicting, so our Tiramisu bag is almost completely gone.
While I'm hoping to get through this holiday season without needing a backup plan, I cannot imagine depriving my loved ones of Loacker Quadratini Bite Size Wafer Cookies. The guarantee of quality, the fact that they don't use artificial colors or preservatives, and the variety of flavors available (not to mention the deliciousness factor) are double and triple points in the positive column!
