Happy Saturday, friends! The weekend we have been waiting for, with part dread and part excitement is here. It's the last weekend of summer vacation.
My feelings about the end of summer are all over the place, so I'm going to try to focus on the happy pleasant ones. We still have some last-minute items to grab, but they can wait until tomorrow. Today is about soccer practice, visiting Gram, and a BBQ with some friends to benefit one of our favorite causes.
This summer was full of lots of great memories and adventures. I'm sad to see it end, but I'm grateful that it happened! I'm looking forward to the adventures and memories the new school year will bring. First, though, we'll enjoy the 2 days of summer we have left!
