The main reason for choosing canned items is that it is easy to get and easy to cook. But not always the canned foods bring the best out of it especially because the recipe is kind of dull. The unfortunate matter is that you can’t have a very good recipe because most delicious canned recipes require a big hand to prepare. And if you are having canned food then I am sure you mustn’t have much time spend on the recipes.

Easy Canned Tuna Casserole

A casserole is love. If it comes with tuna then it brings a great aroma and taste. I believe it is one of the finest canned tuna recipes. This recipe can be a good option for both heavy hunger and normal time. It is flavorful and very easy to prepare.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Required Ingredients
3 cups cooked macaroni
Drained canned Tuna, (150 grams)
Condensed cream of chicken soup (250 grams)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cups French fried onions

Cooking Process:
1. In a medium-sized baking dish put the macaroni, tuna, and soup. Then mix these ingredients well. Make sure the chicken soup is finely mixed and the tuna got to stick to the macaroni. Top the mixture with shredded cheese.
2. Now preheat the oven at 3500 F.
3. Then bake the dish for 25 minutes until the cheese bubbles come out. Sprinkle it with fried onions then bake for another 5 minutes. To get the best taste of it, serve hot.
Small Tip: You can use aluminum foil to keep the food moist.

 Quick Salmon Quiche

Quiche is always our first preference in time of light food. It is great to meet our appetite and tasty as well. You can preserve it for a while. So it is really a productive recipe. But our conventional quiche recipes are tried every time and we get bored of it. So to get rid of that you can try this amazing salmon quiche. It is my personal favorite. It takes very little time and mouthwatering recipe indeed.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Required Ingredients:
300 grams Cheddar cheese, cubed
450 grams drained can salmon,
Diced 1/4 onion
4 eggs
9 inches frozen pie crust
¼ liter can evaporated milk
1 pinch of salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried sage
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Cooking Process:
1. Blend cubed Cheddar cheese, onion, eggs, and evaporated milk into a blender. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and sage. Blend all ingredients smoothly.
2. Now spread canned salmon over pie crust on a baking dish. Top the crust with the blended mixture. Then top the remaining shredded cheese over it.
3. Preheat the oven at 3500 F.
4. Bake the dish for 30 minutes. Then serve it with sauce for better taste.

Approximate 443 Calories Per Serving;
28.9 g fat;
16.3 g carbohydrates;
28.6 g protein;



Canned Shrimp Salad

I think we should be health conscious and it should start from your diet. Salads are always preferred in the morning or evening to meet hunger. If the salad is tasty as well provides enough amount of protein. This salad is a perfect collaboration of taste and nutrition and of course pretty easy to prepare.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Required Ingredients:
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 pound canned shrimp
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lime juice

Cooking Process:
1. First, boil the canned shrimp for 5 minutes
2. Then make the shrimp cold and place it into a bowl. Then put avocados, tomatoes, onion, and lime juice. Sizzle it with salt and pepper. Mix it pretty well. To get the best taste to serve cold.

Nutrition Info:
Approximate 319 Calories Per Serving;
 17.1 g fat;
 14.9 g carbohydrates;
29.1 g protein;
