Signs are all Around- Learning from the Things you Read

Do you ever see signs or written posts in your daily life that seem to fit your situation or current mood? I believe that signs are around for everything we experience.

This is the message on the board for E's ROTC class. I take this quote as meaning that every one's perception of events, words, or circumstances is their own reality despite the intention of said events, words or circumstances.

To me, the quote is saying how you see/experience something fuels your reality.
