It seems like a lot of the twenty or early-thirty-something gals I know are expecting these days. I absolutely love seeing so many wonderful couples expanding their families, especially when they're family members or good friends. The fall is a wonderful time of year to be pregnant- I remember enjoying being pregnant during the fall, and though my baby showers took place during the spring and summer months, they were still so lovely!

It can be tough to know what to gift when it comes to baby showers and new babies. We have a fairly new baby in our family (my sweet little nephew), and a good friend is also expecting. Since tiny babies don't need tons of toys or books just yet, and clothes can be hard to figure out depending on season and size, I try to go with unique gifts that are easy and practical.
