I am a worrier. I tell myself not do it and I can list all the reasons why one shouldn't worry, but I still do it. All of the worrying and anxiety that I carry around all day doesn't seem to affect me until after I finally can sit down for the night and I can feel the weight of all that worrying built up in my shoulders.
After our daughter was born in July I've noticed in pictures that my excessive worrying and poor posture have resulted in large knots in my shoulders causing me to look hunched over. Not an attractive or comfortable image. That is why I am loving the BodyworksBall. This would be so awesome I have rheumatoid arthritis and failed back surgery so my back is always in pain. This would really get put to use in my house.
