PetSuites recently opened a new location in Charlotte (Archdale), and I had the pleasure of visiting and touring with their amazing staff. I'm not a pet parent myself, but there are some very sweet dogs in our family, belonging to my parents, and my sister. I couldn't wait to share how wonderful PetSuites is with them.
PetSuites is an amazing premier pet resort & spa. The Charlotte location has been open for just under two months and is such a beautiful place. I have memories of boarding our family dog when I was a teen and remember having to worry about her well-being while we were away. As I stepped inside of PetSuites Charlotte/Archdale, I was so impressed- not only by the atmosphere but by the staff, as well. I met up with PetSuites Charlotte Manager, Brittney, who was kind enough to give me the grand tour of their beautiful Pet Resort.

As we walked around to take a look at the beautiful facility, I was in awe. If I had pets of my own (we don't have pets due to allergies), I wouldn't think twice about bringing them to PetSuites- either for boarding, daycare, or grooming. Our tour began with the CatSuites, a bright, beautiful room filled with condos and townhouses for cats. There are large windows available for the cats to look out of all day, and right outside of their windows are rows of bird feeders, drawing beautiful birds that the cats can gaze upon during their visit. There are many condo and townhouse boarding options available for the cats. They are allowed supervised play time outside of their condos each day and receive one on one love and attention from the PetSuites staff.

After seeing the CatSuites area, I was even more excited to tour the area where the dogs are able to enjoy themselves (truth time- I am a dog person). Upon entering the area for dogs, I was greeted by a beautiful park landscape, with a bench, greenery, and a water feature. Pups are able to view and enjoy the little park from some of the premier dog suites. I could also hear sweet barks and paws at play from happy PetSuite guests.

All the accommodation options for the pups are outstanding. The townhouses and penthouses feature raised beds, TV screens (tuned to Animal Planet), wall art, play packages, and more! This option will make your pet feel right at home. Two room suites are also available for those looking for something a bit more budget friendly. All suites are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The staff places notes on the doors of all suites to alert one another of the dog's personality. PetSuites offers freshly laundered bedding for all of their guests, though guests may also bring along favorites from home.

PetSuites also offers various play packages for their visiting pups. There are several group and individual play sessions available. Dogs who are a bit more social can opt for group play time, and those who are a bit on the shy side can have one on one play time with a loving PetSuites staff member.

PetSuites offers a large outdoor play area for pups. A staff member takes them out for their play time, where they can enjoy the turf, cool off in a beautiful pool, climb, and run! The outdoor play area is partially shaded, offering pups relief on hot summer days.

Something else that impressed me as I walked through PetSuites, was noticing how well cared for each and every pet truly was. All of the guests at PetSuites had their own schedules, notes, and kept track of. I was told that the staff makes notes of every potty break, snack, meal or rare oddity. If any concerns arise, the pet's owners are notified. The entire facility was so incredibly clean. The building smelled fresh, was nice and bright, and the staff members were busily watering plants, checking on the pets/guests, playing with the pups, and attending to customers.
PetSuites also offers Spa and Grooming services. Their pet bathing room is state of the art, as well as the grooming area. There are all sorts of adorable accessories to choose from once your special pet has received their spa treatment.

PetSuites is the perfect home away from home for your furry family members. Not only will they receive ultimate accommodations and care, they will be treated with lots of love! Daycare is available if you'd like to have your sweet pets looked after during the day. Don't forget about PetSuites wonderful spa and grooming services, as well!
