Gearing up for a fun holiday? So are we, and we have some amazing recipes and ideas to share with you to get your party started! Plus, we're teaming up with Stubb's once again to offer our readers a chance to win an amazing Stubb's BBQ Prize Pack!

The sauces are perfect for those aiming for a mild taste or a sweeter taste. The rub would be great on any cut of meat and we've even used it on chicken. 

Try these delicious recipes using Stubb's BBQ:



Stubb’s Brisket Tacos with Roasted Corn Avocado Salsa

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Roasted Corn Avocado Salsa:
·         2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
·         1 cup grilled corn kernels (from about 2 ears fresh corn)
·         1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
·         2 tablespoons lime juice
·         1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper

Brisket Tacos:
·         12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
·         2 pounds shredded Stubb’s BBQ Brisket, with reserved pan juices 

Instructions:
For the Salsa, mix all ingredients except brisket and tortillas in a medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
For the Tacos, warm tortillas in oven or grill. Serve shredded brisket in warmed tortillas topped with Roasted Corn Avocado Salsa and reserved brisket pan juices, if desired.
Makes 12 (1 taco) servings.


Brisket Walking Nachos
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients:
·         12 bags (1 ounce each) waffle-cut, rippled or kettle style cooked potato chips
·         3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
·         2 pounds shredded Stubb’s BBQ Brisket, divided
·         ¾ cup Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
·         ¾ cup Pico de Gallo, divided
·         ¾ cup prepared guacamole, divided

Instructions:
Place 1 opened bag of chips in a small disposable paper food tray. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Top cheese with ¼ cup shredded brisket, 1 tablespoon Bar-B-Q Sauce, 1 tablespoon Pico de Gallo and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Makes 12 servings.

Stubb’s Cowboy Beans

Ingredients
1 28 oz can Bush’s Original Baked Beans
1/3 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/3 lb pork sausage
8 oz Stubb’s Hickory Bourbon or Smokey Mesquite Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 tsp Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Spice Rub
8 oz bacon bits
3 oz chopped white onions

Cooking Instructions
Drain the liquid from the beans.
In a skillet, brown and drain the ground beef and sausage separately. Pre heat oven to 350
In a large pan, combine all ingredients.  Place pan in oven and cook until it reaches 165 degrees.  Stir occasionally.  Serve and enjoy with Love & Happiness!

Stubb’s BBQ Coleslaw

Ingredients


1 14 oz. bag cole slaw mix

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/3 cup Stubb’s Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 tablespoon Stubb’s Pork Spice Rub
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey


Cooking Instructions
Combine the coleslaw mix and bell peppers in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Bar-B-Q sauce, Pork Spice Rub, and honey.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated. Chill for 1 hour and then serve.
