Unfortunately, I am not much of a baker, myself. I love all types of cookies, and love it when my husband bakes. When he does bake, however, he bakes several dozens of cookies at a time, and we wind up with a house full of cookies. Sounds like any cookie lover's dream, I know... but there's one problem with this dream scenario. I will eat all of the cookies. I will slowly go back to the kitchen and devour those cookies one by one.

At these events, people always asked me where they could buy my cookie sandwiches, so I decided to pursue my passion. I was committed to curing people's different level of cravings: at times we want just a taste and other times we want to indulge! Brooke sent me a couple of gift boxes of her mini cookie sandwiches, and I couldn't wait to try them out with my family. They were packaged in gift boxes with clear tops so you can see all of the bright and colorful cookie goodness right through each box.

Magical cookies in a multitude of different favors!

What I love most about these cute little cookies are their size! They are bite-sized and perfect for snacking, sharing, or indulging! The first box we dipped into had an assortment of nine flavors of cookies. I'm glad that each gift box came with a card, telling me about the flavors of the cookies. If I had to guess what the cookies were just by looking, I would be in trouble!

I knew that the perfect taste tester for these sweet little treats would be B. He has never met a cookie he didn't like. When he came home from school, I had the cookies out and ready for him to inspect. I told him that he could pick out three cookies, and I was excited to see if he picked the ones I thought he would like the best.

B tried the Tie Dye, Cotton Candy and Birthday cookies. Each one had its own unique flavor, and was filled with a yummy butter cream filling! Stacking these tiny cookies on a plate made me want to fast forward a year or two, so I could have a sweet little tea party with my daughter, just like I used to have with my grandmother, who passed away in December. I cannot wait to make those special memories with her!

Brookie's Cookies NYC are so scrumptious! It would be easy to eat an entire 9 pc assortment of cookies in one sitting, but with a little self-control, you can avoid doing that. I was eager to tr a couple of the other flavors, so I grabbed the Salted Caramel Pretzel and Chocolate Chip cookies for myself. I saved the Cinnamon cookies for my hubby, as he loves cinnamon!

The cookies that I tried were delicious! They were soft and fresh, and so deliciously sweet! The butter cream icing made them even more delicious and decadent. I would happily order these and gift them for special occasions, or order them to serve and share with family and friends at an event or gathering.
