Kelly LeFebvre found inspiration for the Barefoot Yoga Company while on a long journey through India. She found that being able to simply relax on a mat was what she needed. Yoga is a perfect escape from the chaotic world around all of us. Founding her company in 1996, now we all have a chance to use her innovative products.

I was thrilled to receive an eye pillow. I look permanently exhausted these days and this eye pillow not only helped me relax and refresh, but made my eyes look better. I don't have such dark circles and I no longer had tension in my shoulders. The smell of the eye pillow is absolutely calming; I forgot I was at home and not a spa while using it.

Off and on for at least a decade, I've done yoga. I do find it incredibly rejuvenating. I can do it when I have time and in the comforts of my home. If you haven't tried it, find a book or video and enjoy its benefits.
