Yum! Yum! Yum!  I hope you don't read this review on an empty stomach.  I got this box of brownie mix and wasn't too sure how it would be.  This Enjoy Life brownie mix has no artificial anything...gluten free, nut free, dairy free, egg free, etc, etc, etc.!  In my mind, I was thinking very healthy brownie so it can't possibly be good.  I was so, so wrong.  I mixed it up and it looked delicious.  I made my brownies in my muffin cups just because it's easy to pack them in Aiden's lunchbox.  They smelled amazing while they were baking and I couldn't wait to get them out of the oven.  They were really, really good.  Aiden also liked them.  You would never know that these brownies weren't bad for you.  I decided to take them to school for my after school kids as a special treat.  In that group of children, I have one that is dairy free and one that is gluten free.  They were so excited when I told them I had brownies and they were safe for everyone.  My sweet little girl who is gluten free couldn't wait to tell her Mom that I made gluten free brownies for her and her Mom was so excited that I had a brownie mix that was safe for her daughter and tasted good at the same time.  She says she has so much trouble finding gluten free things that taste good too so she will definitely be checking out the products that Enjoy Life has.  I'm so excited that there are products out there that I can make for my family that aren't full of all the bad stuff.  Thank you Enjoy Life!
