My sweet tooth told me to try out these delicious rum cakes from Island Treasures Gourmet and boy that sweet tooth was happy!! I received two individual rum cakes in the cutest little bunt pans. Well, I hope they were individual servings because I did not share them! They were vacuum sealed. These little guys had a fresh from the oven taste!! I tried out the Cinnamon Pecan Streusel and Chocolate Chip. I have to say Chocolate Chip was my favorite but Cinnamon Pecan Streusel was very yummy, too. There are many flavors to choose from so there is something for everyone. You can even purchase a sampler package that would make great gifts. Island Treasures Gourmet are in select stores.
