Tasty Tuesday: Triple Onion Meatballs and Gravy

A few nights ago I was rummaging through the cabinets trying to find something to make for dinner. I was trying to use up things before I headed to the store the next day, and we were running low on things. We had ground beef and some low fat cream of mushroom soup, so I decided that I would make some meatballs with gravy.  These turned out so yummy and were easy to make.

Triple Onion Meatballs with Gravy:

Dried onion flakes(to taste)
Salt( to taste)
Pepper( to taste)
Dried Mustard Seed( to taste)
1/2 bag of French's Fried Onions
1lb of Ground Beef

Gravy:

1 can of Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Packet of Onion Soup Mix

Mix all seasonings together and add to the ground. Roll beef into medium sized meatballs. Heat pan to medium heat and add meatballs. Cook on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning every so often to avoid burning.

Turn heat to low. Mix can of mushroom soup and onion soup mix to make gravy. Pour gravy over top of meatballs and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

When done, serve with your choice of sides and enjoy.
