Dr.'s Remedy Enriched Nail Polish #Review +Giveaway

When Podiatrist Adam Cirlincione went with his pregnant wife to her first pre-natal appointment all of the doctor's recommendations made sense except one, no more nail polish until the baby was born. Curious, Dr. Cirlincione did some research and was horrified to discover that the most popular nail polishes on department store shelves contained harmful chemicals. Many of the most harmful chemicals present in nail polish also cause yellow, brittle nails. It made no sense, so Dr. Cirlincione discussed the problem with his colleague, Dr. William Spielfogel and the two decided to develop a non-toxic nail polish. Dr.'s Remedy Enriched, Non-Toxic Nail Polish is not only free of harmful chemicals but is enriched with enamel strengthening vitamins and ingredients like tea tree oil and garlic bulb extract.

Manufacturer's Note: For best results, apply the Basic Base clear base coat, a layer of colored polish, and finish with the Calming Clear sealing top coat. Allow each coat to dry before applying a new layer. Do not attempt to apply polish over the Calming Clear top coat. The top coat has been designed to resist staining and any color applied on top of it will peel soon after application.

I don't paint my fingernails but always keep my toes painted.  I received a sample of Dr.'s Remedy new color of polish...Mindful Mulberry.  I immiadelty painted my toenails and loved it!  I took some time to read the very informative information sheet that came with my polish.  I was shocked to read what chemicals other polishes had in them.  I went to my cabinet and pulled out my basket of nail polishes and was even more shocked to read what was in the polishes that I used on a regular basis.  I liked the color so much on my toes that I decided to give it a try on my finger nails.  I love it!!  I have had it on for almost a week and they still look freshly painted.  In the past couple of months, I have become very mindful of chemicals in the health and beauty products my family uses on a daily basis.  I have thrown lots of products away and have been researching the "NO" chemicals and what is ok.  I was very excited to be introduced to Dr.'s Remedy and will be purchasing more of their products for myself.  Not only are there over 30 colors of nail polish, they also have polish remover, a selection of nail treatment items and vitamins.  Take a moment and head over to their webpage to learn more.  You will find them at www.remedynail.com

Always fun when a package arrives!

Very informative sheet that was included with the nail polish.  It's hard to read but check it out on their website!

Mindful Mulberry....isn't that a beautiful color!

Notice the information they give you on the bottle of polish.

I don't like my feet in pictures....but how pretty is this nail color!

Still looking pretty after 6 days.

  3. My nails tend to curve inward when they grow too long. I can't let them grow too long because I think they look awkward. I don' thave a problem with them peeling or breaking...just curving inward ( known as a c-curve). I square them off as much as I can, but they still seem to do it...I have made them all shapes and they STILL do it. I have very small nail beds too...not much I can do about that.

    1. I would like to try the base coat, color, and top coat. I would like to see as a system how long my nails would last before the color starts to chip and wear off.
