Confession time- I have a handbag addiction. It's true- hobos, totes, clutches- I love them all. I usually go for large bags, because you can fit so much inside of them. I don't need a large bag so much for my own belongings, but I need one to tote around my belongings, plus those of my husband and son. Since mommy has a purse, mommy is always expected to carry everything when we're on the go! The super large bags were becoming a problem for me to carry for extended periods of time, though- hurting my shoulder and back. The other problem with some of these bags, is that the straps always seemed to slip off my shoulder. I knew I needed a new everyday bag that would be comfortable to carry, and wouldn't slide all over the place, but it still had to be up to my high standards for handbags.

Not long ago, I had the pleasure of connecting with Chrissy Marshall (Christina). Chrissy is our new preferred Initials, Inc. Chrissy asked me to take a look at the latest Initials Inc. online catalog through her personal Initials, Inc. website and share a few items that caught my eye. Truthfully, I loved everything. There wasn't a single product from Initials, Inc. that I couldn't see myself using. However, since I knew I really needed a new handbag, I was drawn to the stylish Townie. Chrissy and I conversed a bit, and she recommended a thread color for my personalization choice. Once we had all of the details settled, within a few days, I had a special package from Initials, Inc. at my door!

I was so excited to see the Townie in person! My bag was packaged in clear plastic, to keep it nice and clean.

I was drawn to this bag because of the shape/style, and the pattern. The size of the bag is wonderful, because it's not super huge, but it's large enough and roomy enough to carry the things I need, plus a few extras! The handles were also a big draw for me. I loved the look of the long straps, and knew that this would be a comfortable bag to tote around. I also loved the black and white pendant pattern. The black background with the white pattern is wonderful for spring and summer, when I still need to have a black bag, but want something a bit more lively and fun than a standard black tote.

The inside of the Townie is lined, which is wonderful!

Having a handbag that is lined is a big plus for me. I never know what I will wind up carrying in my purse- everything from make up to snacks and the occasional rock that B finds outside, wanting to bring home for his collection. Being able to simply wipe down the inside of my handbag is really important to me, and with the Townie from Initials, Inc., I have the ability to do that. A damp cloth will do the trick!

The Townie also has pockets to hold small items like a phone, lip gloss, calling cards, pens, plus a few other essentials. One of the things that I love most about the Townie, is that it is so spacious inside. I can toss my wallet, keys, phone, and a few other items into this bag, and I don't feel like I'm bringing the entire world with me, because I still have so much room left in the bag! Because of the longer double shoulder straps on the Townie, I feel well balanced when carrying the Townie around. It's such a comfortable bag to carry! It has become my go-to bag, especially if I am out for a day of shopping. I can quickly and easily find what I am looking for, and it's an easy on/off the shoulder when I need it to be. My shoulder/back doesn't hurt after carrying it around, either, which makes me very happy. The design is both classy and trendy, so it's stylish and sleek, yet modest, which fits in perfectly with my personal style.

This is a beautiful bag, which I am so proud to carry and show off!

I first used my new Townie bag the morning of a recent Parent/Child breakfast at my son's school.

I have pretty much only been carrying the Townie ever since I received it. The style is so versatile, it goes with just about everything. More importantly, it's the most functional and comfortable to carry bag that I now own, and I just love it! I have received numerous compliments on this bag, and have been so excited to share that it came from Initials, Inc. I have a couple of other organizing and storage products from Initials, Inc., but this is my first tote/handbag from their company. I am just as impressed with this product as I have been with the others.
