Happy Tuesday, fellow cooks! We have been busy at our house lately, but I am glad that we're back into our normal programming and school year schedule. This means that we're spending more nights during the week at home, which means we're eating more meals at home. This is great for us, because it's healthier for us, and saves us a lot of money. I enjoy cooking, despite living with two picky eaters. When my hubby and I were newlyweds, we really enjoyed cooking together. Now we don't get many chances to do that, but when we do, we really try to make the most of it, and enjoy our awesome cookware!
We're no strangers to knowing that having the right cookware and cooking tools in your kitchen can make all the difference in the world when it comes to cooking, and the way your food turns out. We were recently introduced to Ozeri, a specialty manufacturer of digital lifestyle products for the modern home. Ozeri products include so many wonderful items for the kitchen, bathroom, for health and fitness, etc. When we were given the opportunity to test out the beautiful Green Earth Pan by Ozeri, hubby and I were both thrilled. We couldn't wait to get a brand new pan into our kitchen, and start cooking together again.
I let hubby select which pan he'd like to try by Ozeri, and he chose the Ozeri Green Earth 10 inch Pan. He was convinced that we were in desperate need of a new 10 inch frying pan, and he was already pre-impressed by what he'd read about Ozeri.

Our first impression of the 10 inch Ozeri Green Earth Pan, was that it was beautiful! We loved the green ceramic coating around the base of the pan. We big fans of black and green products and decor for our kitchen, so this was a perfect match for us! Hubby especially loved the weight of the pan, and I loved the handle. I have an extremely weak right wrist, which is bad news for me, because I am right-handed. I have a lot of trouble lifting or holding pots and pans with my right hand, because of my wrist. I am so pleased that I can comfortably and easily hold onto the 10 inch Green Earth Pan from Ozeri. I can lift it right off of the burner to give food a quick flip in the pan, with no problems.
The Green Earth pan's coating is truly unique. It features GREBLON, which is an ultra-safe non-stick ceramic coating from Germany. The pan's coating also features a textured surface, which allows for advanced even heat distribution, and superior non-stick technology. Hubby couldn't wait to put the pan to the test in the kitchen. Our ultimate non-stick test for all of our pans has always been making eggs. Eggs are so delicate, and they can turn our beautifully or just plain awful in a matter of a few seconds. Usually, I make the eggs, as I am an egg cooking pro. Hubby, however, wanted to be the one to test the pan on its first go. He prepared the eggs omelet style, and warmed a couple of pieces of ham in the pan, as well.

Hubby commented how beautifully the eggs cooked in this pan. He could tell that the heat was being evenly distributed, because of the way the entire pan of eggs cooked at once. He was able to fold the thin sheet of eggs over, making egg pockets, just the way he likes them. After he prepared breakfast, he noticed little to no residue in the pan. He was able to just slide the food right out of the pan without using a spatula. Now that's what I call non-stick!

We have made an enjoyed so many yummy meals in the Ozeri Green Earth Pan. It has become our preferred pan for cooking just about everything from quick breakfasts to elegant dinners at home. If you love grilled cheese sandwiches, you will love having one of these pans! It gets the cheese melted, browns the bread, and gives you crisp and gooey perfection on a plate!

ReplyDeleteDon't waste your money on these pans. they work for a few weeks, but after that you'll be using more and more oil to keep food from sticking. Eventually even the oil won't help. One of the worst kitchen utensils I ever bought.
