Summer Skin Solutions from Zim's #Review + #Giveaway

I never considered myself to be a person who had issues with their skin. Up until recently, I have had very few problems. I was always sort of amazed that my skin almost always appeared healthy. I come from a line of women who are no strangers to issues with their skin. My mom and sister both suffer from Eczema, and my grandmother can't be out in the sun, without breaking out in a heat rash. I really thought that I was home free all these years, and then after I had a baby, everything changed.

My skin began drying out, and still does dry out quickly and easily. I have started developing callouses on my big toes, and rough patches of dry skin on my heels. My poor sister has suffered from cracked, dry heels for a long time, and that's been something I've wanted to avoid having happen to me, if at all possible. Not only have I been dealing with dry skin, I have started breaking out in heat rashes every time I go out in the sun! It's so irritating, and itchy, itchy, itchy- not to mention, I break out in big red splotches, which is totally unattractive!

When I was introduced to and given the opportunity to try some new products from Zim's, I was all for it! I needed some major solutions that would work quickly, and help with my sudden skin issues. Zim's product line contains over 25 products, which aim to improve the lives of consumers.

I received a couple of products from Zim's- Zim's Advance Crack Creme and Zim's Max-Freeze.

I was so excited to receive and try out Zim's Advanced Crack Creme, because it's organic, with Hydro cortisone, Aloe, and Arnica! This topical creme has many, many uses, and I was ready to put it to the test! I first used the Zim's Advanced Crack Creme for those heat rash outbreaks I have been having. As soon as I felt a flare up coming on, I applied a small amount of the creme to the affected area of my skin. Within just a couple of minutes, I felt almost instant relief. The redness began to fade, the itching subsided, and the trapped heat disappeared. The aloe was so soothing, and felt wonderful on those hot, itchy patches of skin!

I have also been using the Zim's Advanced Crack Creme for relief from mosquito bites. Mosquito's love, love, love to bite me! I can be outside any time of the day or night, and come in sixty seconds later, covered in bites. Most repellents do not work for me, and I am usually bitten through long sleeves and pants. Imagine my itchy agony when I go to bed each night, just itching, and wanting to scratch at all of those bites! Thankfully, the creme provides instant relief, because of the Hydrocortisone. It stops the itching right away! Works like a charm!

Plus, I have been using this awesome wonder creme for my dry skin problems! I have mostly been experiencing dry skin issues on my toes and heels. I hate wearing shoes and socks, and am usually in flip flops or sandals, which is why my feet look the way they do now. By putting a little bit of the creme over the dry areas before I go to bed at night, my feet are smooth and lovely the next day!

Zim's Max-Freeze

As a bonus, I also received Zim's Max-Freeze joint pain reliever. I know I was excited to use the Zim's Advanced Crack Creme, but I was also super excited to try this product out! I suffer from major joint pain in my right knee. I have seriously injured it twice, and have had horrible problems with it since. Often times, I take pain reliever to reduce inflammation and just plain relieve the joint pain. I also use gels and creams sometimes, but they are really messy, greasy, and never really feel like they absorb well and dry.

After I volunteered at my church to run the music and dance portion of our VBS program this summer, I found myself with some major back, neck and shoulder pain. It didn't help that my son wound up sleeping in our bed most of those evenings, and I woke up crunched up every morning! One of those days, my neck and shoulder hurt so badly, that I basically couldn't turn my head. My hubby was super wonderful, and applied some of the Max-Freeze to the area where I felt pain.
