I love to be active with my family, and even by myself. During the summer and fall, we really enjoy taking walks together to get a good bit of fat burning activity in. On my own, I enjoy walking, jogging, yoga, pilates, and even a bit of aerobic walking with kick boxing mixed into the routine. I recently decided that I wanted to try running a bit, here and there.
