Our Thoughts...

We were lucky enough to receive a copy of the new Adventures of Chuck and Friends: Trucks vs. Wild DVD. First off, B loves Chuck. We often catch up with Chuck and his pals by streaming episodes online. There's not much for the kids not to love when it comes to Chuck- he's a loveable little dump truck who encounters a lot of the same issues that kids are faced with at their young ages. What Chuck loves to do more than anything, is to be helpful. He loves helping his parents and his friends, but like a lot of folks, he's a stubborn little guy, who just wants to fit in with his friends.

In these family friendly episodes, Chuck is faced with tough decisions, like sticking up for his friends, telling the truth, and facing the consequences of his actions. Chuck learns to face his fears- like visiting the doctor, etc. B is picking up key themes from these episodes, like learning not to be afraid, learning to ask for help, learning to tell the truth, and so on.

Chuck sure does go on a lot of fun adventures with his friends and family on in this action-packed disc, with lots of fun bonus features! Plus, it's not just for the boys- little dudes and dudettes alike will enjoy these fun-filled episodes!
