Our Thoughts...

Balian, who is 2 1/2, loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. We don't get the Disney Channel, so he watches this when it's on Netflix. He was so excited when the mail arrived last week, and we found our new MMC Quest for the Crystal Mickey DVD! We immediately opened it up and put it into the DVD player. Balian danced around the living room as he watched Mickey and all of his favorite Disney pals come onto the screen. He joined in the opening song, and then sat down to watch the show!

The Quest for the Crystal Mickey takes tots along a journey to find the Crystal Mickey. Kids follow the special map, finding clues and trying out different solutions to little problems that must be solved before the journey can continue. That sneaky Mr. Pete has the Crystal Mickey in his possesion all along, and in the end, when the Crystal Mickey is found, Pete kindly returns the Mickey and apologizes for taking it, when it didn't belong to him.

The Quest for the Crystal Mickey is a musical, colorful advernture, which encourages kids to use their thinking caps, their problem solving skills, and of course, it teaches valuable lessons of friendship, and forgiveness.

We can't wait to see which Mickey Mouse Clubhouse DVD will be released next! We'll be excited to keep on adding to this collection. We love any excuse to dance around and sing the 'hot dog' song! Plus, there are bonus episodes on this DVD, which brings us over two hours of Mickey and Friends! This is dfinitely a DVD that we're glad to have as summer approaches, and as we plan our travels. This will be wonderful to have on hand for entertaining Balian on long car trips this summer. 'Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog!'
