When you are pregnant, sleep becomes an elusive creature. If you are like me, I can't seem to find a comfortable position, and trying to stay on my left side (like the OBGYN recommends) doesn't always agree with my body either. I have even slept on the couch on some of the worst nights.

My husband, the good daddy that he is, kept telling me to find some sort of pillow to help prop myself up with and find some comfort. With my first two, I used a full body pillow, and while it did offer some comfort, it was like having a third person in the bed (or fourth or fifth if you add in my kids on some nights). I was done with the body pillow and tried to just suck it up, should have known that was a terrible idea too. Luckily, I got in touch with a company that has a great product that is simple, compact, and my new sleep solution.

Nadia sent me the Acanthus Duck Egg/Aqua color combination, she chose a fantastic color choice, I love the brightness of the orange and the aqua is a fun contrast to make the whole pillow really stand out.

The Pregnancy Pillow is designed to help find a comfortable resting position while being compact and stylish. It is a cube design that folds out into two triangles. It easily unfolds with the undoing of a fabric button.

The outside triangle (solid color) is made of Eco-Friendly Memory Foam to conform to the belly.

While the inside triangle (patterned color) is made of a high density foam to support the back.

The stretchy fabric in between connects the two triangles and can easily accommodate growing bellies (another reason using the sizing chart is so important).

-How to use it-

Unbutton to open
Line outside edge of solid fabric triangle with edge of mattress; then pull patterned fabric triangle towards center of bed
Lay on fabric that connects the two triangles. Stomach touches inside of solid fabric triangle while pattern fabric triangle supports the lower back
Back should be touching pattern fabric triangle, so pull belly support towards you if necessary

I have been able to get into a comfortable position because my belly and back know exactly where to go. The foam is durable and doesn't shift around while I sleep. I don't wake up feeling like I tossed and turned all night long because I was in a secure position.
