More now than ever before, I have been experiencing technical difficulties with my clothing. You know what I'm talking about- wardrobe malfunctions. As a single gal, or even a married woman, pre-mommy-hood, I had the occasional problem with strapless bras slipping out of place, underpants riding up, flouncy skirts getting stuck between the cheeks, etc. Hey, this momma lives in the real world and stuff like this does happen. As a mom, problems like these are increasing for me, instead of decreasing, like I'd hoped!

My body has gone through a lot of changes in the past three years. From pregnancy to a wilting waistline, balloon effects from 'bcp's' to pants that just won't stay up, I've just about gone through it all. Though I am currently at one of my smallest sizes of my adult life, I am not without complaints about my own body. My once tight tummy refuses to go back to its original firmness, and I've been left with stretched out skin in the tummy... the dreaded baby 'pooch.' Though you would never be able to tell this, it makes me extremely self-conscious, and I am constantly making extra efforts to stand up straight and 'suck it in.'

Fed up with garments cutting at exactly the wrong place, in regard to this saggy skin, I started hunting for shapewear that would make me feel comfortable in my own skin, once again.
