Mastering a sippy cup is big deal for a little one, and a huge help for moms and dads. We have had quite a few issues finding “the one”. Cameron didn't seem to be a fan of any brand or type of cup that I bought, except the take and toss with the pull out straw. Of course they are not a spill proof cup, so he was only allowed to have it when i was standing next to him. He just didn't seem to want to tilt his head back to drink out of a sippy cup and didn't like the touch flow valve straws or spouts, that is until we got the Nuby Two Handle No Spill Cup.
The Nuby Two Handle No Spill Cup has become a huge life saver in our house. Cameron can now successfully have a set amount of water a day and I know he is actually drinking it and not losing it on the floor.
For the last 4 months of sippy cup training/ practice I thought that he didn't understand the concept of tilting his head back to get his drink out. The Nuby Two Handle No Spill Cup is super easy to clean, just pop out the silicone nipple and wash with hot soapy water. Since the spout is touch flow, there is a way to pinch it while cleaning it to get the water to flow through to make sure that it is all flushed and clean. We have fallen in love with our Nuby Two Handle No Spill Cup that I went on a mission to find it in our local store and now own 4. Our transition to sippy cups has been easy. When my children turned one we put all of the bottles away and never looked back.
