Levels of Discovery Toy Bench (Review & Giveaway)

Toys, toys everywhere and not one in a toy box. I honestly think my house looks like a daycare center, or the showroom floor of an epic toy store some days. For Christmas, I got Cameron a cute, three level toy storage shelf unit with bins, and now, the bins are on the floor and the shelves are empty. He likes to sit on the bins, so when I was given the opportunity to review a Levels of Discovery Bench Seat with Storage, I went for it.

Now, choosing which adorable item I wanted to review was the hardest part, as there are so many themes to choose from. We, of course, went with the “firefighter” bench. When UPS dropped off the box, it was HUGE, so of cours,e I was worried that it was going to take me years to put it together. My thoughts are: usually, when something comes with five versions of one screw, it's going to be a long night! I am pleased to tell you, this was easy peasy to put together!

All in all, minus operator errors, it took like, thirty minutes to put together. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. All of the parts were in the box and labeled appropriately. The finished product is so amazing, and I am so pleased. It's well constructed, sturdy and durable, yet light enough for me to move around as I see fit. It also has a safety latch, so the lid on the bench seat won't just fall and smoosh precious baby fingers. My husband is in love with this feature! He said he would buy any product with that, since Cameron has the baby fascination of opening and closing things now.

The Levels of Discovery Firefighter Bench Seat w/ Storage has a huge inside storage compartment. We are currently using it for all of his living room books, since they usually end up in a pile on the floor and he tries to climb the book case. At Least Cameron now has a safe place to sit.

The details on this Levels of Discovery Firefighter Bench Seat w/ Storage are so cute. The arms of the bench seat are ladder rungs, there are 2 firemen poles on the back with moving parts, one has a dalmation and the other is a firefighter. It even has a front ramp (driveway) and a sliding door that the fire trucks would come out of.
