After all of the holiday goodies we've been enjoying over the past few weeks, it's time for all to get back on track with healthy eating habits. We don't usually indulge in too many treats, but our Christmas stockings were jam packed with chocolates and candies, and Balian has discovered that he absolutely loves chocolate!

The grandies and I love the super cute packaging... we keep a few pkgs green apple chips in the car and grandma's bag.. for a quick snack..on the go.. we used to buy juice boxes until the kiddos saw the bright packaging.. so we decided to try them.. we love the variety of choices... Smoothies... Superfruit... and Coconut Milk and Fruit...I'm a Fan of Raspberry Coconut Milk

The kids would love the Buddy Fruits snacks because they all love fruit! They could just grab one of the drinks on their own and not have to bug me to get it for them - or get a glass so they can pour a glass for themselves (and get it all over my counter lol).

ReplyDeleteMy daughter loves the banana applesauce (yellow cap). We can no attend a swim meet with less than 6 of them. Most for herself but sometimes she likes to share. It took her awhile (she's 8) to understand how to hold it to easily remove the cap. Love that they are easy to figure out with the different colors. We like to chill them in the fridge and they are an easy after school snack. We love Buddy Fruits.
