Snack Attack? Fill Grumbling Tummies With Joolie's Date Pops!

I was an incredibly picky child at lunchtime. My school lunches were usually a pbj sandwich, chips, applesauce, and maybe some strawberries or watermelon. As an adult, I've branched out a lot, but it's still hard to find quality snacks for lunches!

No matter if you pack your lunch for the office or school, check out Joolie's dates. Regular dates & date pops will make snack time and lunchtime easier this school year!

Dates are an incredible way to up your daily doses of needed fiber, potassium, magnesium, carbs, and even B6 along with antioxidants. All these things help fight against obesity, inflammation, and blood/ cholesterol problems but also aid heart health & cellular health. Important things our bodies need every day to survive the school year!

Date Pops are little energy bites that are just large enough to pop into your mouth! Made with organic dates, these guys have different flavorings to them to add some pizzazz to your snack life.

Joolie's raises Medjool dates on their California-based family farm. They are picked fresh from palm trees and are naturally sweet. 

With magnesium, potassium, fiber, and copper in them; they make a great treat for our bodies! In fact, their website claims dates have more potassium than bananas, which is a plus for me because I can't eat bananas!

Easy Peasy Blueberry Date Muffins for a quick breakfast. Yumm! 


An added benefit of dates as a snack is that, even though they are fresh, they still last a long time! Yet, I don't think they will last long in any household as they are so versatile. 

Along with being a great snack alone, dates can be used in breakfast foods, smoothies, salads, desserts and more! 

Add dates to the batter of muffins, pancakes, peanut butter bars, and more for extra fiber and nutritious content. If you are a supermom and love the kitchen, make jams and syrups for extra meal flavorings. 

Dates are choppable for all types of meals! 


I decided to try out blueberry date muffins with chopped up noor and medjool dates. The medjool dates are often whole, so pits have to be removed. 

Noor dates are slightly less sweet and have less moisture, making them easier to chop up (ie- not as sticky as regular medjools!)

Definitely wasn't disappointed with these muffins, and dates haven't ever really been my snack of choice. Joolies dates have definitely changed that, and I look forward to more date pops and using medjool dates in my foods this year.
