Soup is seriously the ultimate fall comfort food—easy to make, nourishing, and perfect for busy moms who want something tasty without spending hours in the kitchen. Whether it’s for a quick weeknight dinner or something to warm everyone up after a day of school and activities, I’ve got five favorite fall soup recipes that I keep coming back to. These are simple, family-friendly, and full of all the cozy fall vibes.
1. Classic Butternut Squash Soup
This soup is silky, slightly sweet, and evokes the scent of fall in a bowl. Plus, it’s packed with vitamin A and perfect for picky eaters who might turn their nose up at veggies.
Ingredients:

1 large butternut squash, peeled and cubed

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups vegetable broth

1 cup apple cider (optional, but so good!)

Directions:
