Puppington Pet Accessories Needed This Fall!

Thanks to Puppington for providing me these products in exchange for my post. All thoughts are my own. This post contains affiliate links.

Do you have a pet in your home? Is yours ultra-active or a slumber drooler? Chachi is a great mix between the two. When he's active and wants to play, you know it. When he wants to sleep, he goes and hides somewhere quiet in my home. He loves certain toys, lots of treats, and his beds!

After a year of playing, chewing, and slumbering, it's time to upgrade his sleeping accessories and toys.

Puppington is a great company that provides wonderful accessories for the joyful and quiet pet. No matter if yours is highly anxious, a quiet sleeper, or a mix, there's an accessory for your home!

Puppington sent me three items to test out:

Pupper Slumber Ultra Calming Anxiety Dog Bed

Upon receiving the Ultra Calming Anxiety Dog Bed, remove it from packaging and fluff it up according to directions. It might take a full day before it expands to full size, much like mattresses that get shipped. Equipped with a non-skid base to keep movement at bay (well, unless your dog literally drags it across the floor), the fluffy construction is donut shaped. It's deep enough to allow Chachi to curl up and hide his head if desired, but not too deep that he isn't able to roll around, play, get up easily.

It's faux shag fur makes it very comfortable for Chachi to sleep in, too. He's curled right up in it. In fact, I found him in it when I came home from church, when I normally find him in my bedroom or at the door!

The calming bed comes in a few colors besides beige, so it's a great addition to any home decor. Light Grey, Dark Gray, and black are available, making this a great machine washable bed that hides the dirt too! I love things that are machine washable. Just pop it into the wash, following tag instructions. I usually flat dry most of my pet items so that they last longer, too.

This is designed for pets with anxiety in mind. While Chachi doesn't exhibit normal anxiety signs, I do know he doesn't like it when I'm gone, and I like knowing he has extra comfort to sleep on, as he is a senior dog. I think he can curl up into a tight little ball, almost being enveloped by the bed, so that he can find his own inner relaxation, especially while waiting for me to return. It's been his go-to spot to take his treats, to sleep, to rest, and more since it's arrived here!

A couple of months after Chachi joined my family, we ventured to a vendor market specifically for dogs. We found out about snuffle mats, a dog accessory/ toy that I've NEVER heard of before. These things are designed to hide treats, entertain dogs, and also act as a slow feeding tool. Of course, I bought one, and since then I've seen variations of the snuffle pop up everywhere.

Chachi isn't a "baller" like most dogs. He doesn't chase them, except on occasion, he will grab the dryer ball when he's feeling frisky. He likes to pull and tug on longer objects, like monkey tails, his huge caterpillar, etc. So I wasn't quite sure what he would do with the Snuffle Ball, but so far he's not only found all the hidden treats on this rainy Labor Day weekend, he's played with it quite a lot. Apparently his favorite thing is now keep away with the Snuffle Ball!

This specific toy is meant to be a boredom buster, get dogs to focus on something other than destructive behaviors, and be very entertaining! While geared towards high energy dogs, your lower-energy 4 legged friends might like these too. Chachi likes to toss his up in the air when he's feeling frisky. He also likes to grab it and chew on it, maybe because he's bored, or because he is anxious about something that I haven't figured out.

Whatever the case may be, the snuffle ball comes in three colors and two sizes for you to find the perfect fit for your dog! Just be aware that, like any toy, you shouldn't leave your dog alone if you know they are prone to actually "eating" fabrics and toys. Chachi may chew, but he doesn't "eat" fabric, so I have no concerns there.

Taking Chachi on adventures over the past year has been amusing. While we have backpacks for larger trips and overnights, walking, trips to the store or the office, and visiting friends has been entertaining. I might have my purse, which isn't exactly dog friendly to hold onto while holding onto a leash, trying to grab a poop bag, etc. Add in my cell phone, and it can be a disaster sometimes!

Puppington's Three-in- One Crossbody Bag is the perfect bag to have if you and your pet walk daily, visit friends, and more. While I've often had huge purses for office purposes (laptops, notebooks, schedules, etc.), I've found I really need something smaller that can fit my phone, dog bags, treats, and a small wallet.

I've been using it as my regular bag for the past week and I tell you, it's so much lighter and freer to have this instead of a bulky bag! An adjustable strap with buckle can make this bag a waist fanny pack or crossbody bag. The strap expands from 23.5 to 42 inches.

The bag has an outer zipper pocket that's meant for dog treats, esp if you are training. It's a washable water-resistant material. Chachi doesn't need treats all the time, so my outside has become the tissues, hand sanitizer, other products as needed pocket.

The inner zipper has a mesh pocket for dog bags (a compostable roll arrives with the bag), with a small opening to pull the bags out at the side. There are a couple of other pockets that can hold lip gloss, pens, phone, etc, along with the wide inner opening that's great for a small wallet.

I do have to say that the strap is slightly short, so it doesn't sit at the hip like a full crossbody bag would. If you are a larger lady, it might hit across your chest slightly wonky, but for me, I still like it and it's definitely easier than a larger bag to keep track of with a leash, etc.

While I don't see the inches listed anywhere on the website, I measured about 9.5 long and 6.5 tall, so it is designed to be small and specifically for smaller accessories.

I would highly recommend this bag if you walk a lot, take your dog to the office/ park/ friends house and are always searching for poop bags, treats, and the like!

My bag is teal, but there are several other colors to choose from!

I am always looking for quality accessories that benefit the life of my 12-year-old rescue dog, and I highly recommend checking out Puppington this fall!

You never know what you will find that might enhance and make the life of your furry friend more joyful! Especially as we head into the holiday season, be sure to check them out!
