The last few weeks have been tough for me. I miss my dog, my anxiety had been through the roof, and the grief of losing him so soon has seemed unbearable at times. I've been avoiding social outings because I am more content sitting at home despite the rivers of tears I feel like I have been crying.
I know grief is normal, but I also know how easy it is to get stuck in that grief. I started a new book and I figured it's just cheeky enough to make me laugh but also make today different. I'm sure it will help some of you too.
Your mindset can change from day to day. You don't need to live in your grief, anger, upset, or pain to know it is there. It doesn't make you forget, but it can help you to heal. Give yourself that. Today will be different.
