Talk About It Tuesday


Some days it's easier to ignore the things that bother you. There is so much that goes on in the world and we are programmed to not be a bother to others. What do you need to talk about? What conversations are too hard to have?

I have a habit of saying how I feel. I never used to. I felt bad for my thoughts and feelings because I felt they were inconvenient to others.  I started therapy in 2018 and it was something I truly needed. It's nice to have someone to talk to that doesn't judge, force their opinion, or make you feel insignificant.  The biggest thing I learned is to express myself.  Talking about what I'm feeling or going through will matter to those that love me. Talking about it gives me a peace.
