Run With the Butterflies

Happy Wednesday! One of the bright spots of our week last week, was seeing so many beautiful butterflies in our yard! We have several lantana plants, and the butterflies are just loving them, along with our butterfly bush. I'm used to seeing a butterfly or two here and there during the day, but not four to five butterflies, hummingbird moths, and bumble bees all at once.

I thought I'd share a few photos from our garden last week. It sure made my girls happy to get to go outside and get up close to these very social butterflies!

If you love seeing pollinators in your garden, especially butterflies and hummingbirds, plant Lantana. It's so low maintenance, loves heat, and attracts all the pollinators! It comes in many different colors and will add a pretty pop of color to your landscape or garden.

What types of pollinators do you typically see this time of the year?

Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday!
