I am not a sleep mask kinda gal, however...when I put this one on my face, I could still blink and they were so comfortable. I had to give them a try. The sun shines in my room and wakes me up, so I decided one morning I wanted to go back to sleep. I put it on and it was like wearing a cushy cloud over my eyes and it provided the darkness I needed to drift back to sleep! This was my favorite piece in the set.
