My journey to health has been a long and tired one. We all have our own journey that we are walking and you never know when the very shirt on your back will inspire someone.
I'm a person that always notices when someone's clothing item has a message. It says something about that individual and I take notice of that. My personal journey to becoming the best me begins each day with motivation. Some days, I'm more motivated than others but when I reach for a shirt that says the word, I'm reminded the entire day. For me, it's my children. I decided about five years ago to get my health in check because I knew if I didn't, I could not be the mom I wanted to be for my children. This hoodie arrived in the mail the day after my sweet, elderly dog, Ellie left this world. This could not have come at a better time in my life. I wore my hoodie with a smile the entire day, not because I didn't feel sad but because my sadness did not control me. I had peace about what had to take place. I am at peace in my life and that includes sad and happy moments.
