Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! Crisp Air, pumpkins, and decorations all help make this holiday fabulous! Now mind you, I'm not into the scare your self senseless with horror parts of Halloween. The latest Scream movie is being filmed in town, generating buzz and excitement, but those movies are NOT in my Halloween line-up. The Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters' wickedness is about probably all I can endure, except perhaps meeting and greeting Jack and Sally (Nightmare before Christmas) during a Disney World Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  

One of my favorite parts about Halloween is seeing all of the cute costumes during trick-or-treat or trunk-or-treat events. Due to location and timing, my church does not offer a trunk-or-treat and I don't get many trick-or-treaters, so I look for other ways to spread the magic through family and friends! After all, this is what aunts do, right? 

I was excited to find BlueFoxGiftBox and everything they have to offer to make magic Halloween memories for all of us ghosts and ghouls! This  Vancouver based Etsy Shop offers marvelous personalized Halloween Buckets and Halloween Crafts, amid many other personalized gifts! 

As an Aunt who lives two states away from my family, I always love it when I find companies that offer great personalized gifts for my 10 yr old niece and 6 yr old nephew. They love opening packages to find things that relate to their lives and that mom or dad doesn't normally have around the house! I love surprising them and hoping that something sparks joy in their lives, especially since I only get to see them a couple times a year! 

I decided to send my two loveable Marylanders the small personalized Halloween Buckets. I received two small plastic containers stamped with "Happy Halloween" and "Death by Chocolate." Each 2.75 inch container has a name personalization (ghost, bat, pumpkin, or leaf) label and 13 pieces of candy. Cellophane Giftwrap and the pretty box is offered as an extra charge- but certainly adds a special pop to the treat! These can be gifted to anyone in your life as they are personalized but don't contain a lot of toys littles might like! I choose to send these to my littles because they don't need more sugar in their lives- but its nice to gift them surprises for Halloween! These were sent off by me with some other things (like a retrieved race car after family vacation) and were met with a very favorable reply and helped make some rough Virtual School days a tad bit nicer. My sister let me know the kids tore into the package so fast she wasn't able to take pictures of the arrival!

The larger personalized Halloween buckets are 7.75 inches tall (with handles up) also offer personalized name labels, cellophane gift wrap, and are full of treats! I also sent the Ghost Craft to them but my sister has decided to save this for a visit with kids nieces on the opposite side of the family! 

The Monster Magnet Craft is really good for older children! Supplies to make 5 of your favorite furry creatures are included. Younger children will need help with several steps as their motor skills are developing. All 5 magnets can be made to your or your children's liking- using the supplied pompoms, googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and gel pen. I have never been a big crafter, but I found this craft fun! 

The Mummy Craft was super simple, great for littles! This comes with a precut mummy cut-out, two googly eyes, a package of tape, and enough string to super wrap your mummy! The craft begins by adding googly eyes.  I had trouble peeling the sticky off the googly eyes and used glue as a back-up, so if your children are super into their crafts, this could get frustrating. Afterwards, start the string wrapping by taping a corner to the back of the mummy. Make sure to finish up with the string in the back so that it can be taped upon final wrap too! 

Your child will love "decorating" the mummy with this wonderfully soft and fluffy string! Don't forget to leave enough string to cover the mummy's head too! If you have extra materials around the home, I could see you doctoring up your mummy with some cotton puffs or ribbon, but totally not necessary!

All the crafts are fun options for any age, but especially if your littles are missing out on Halloween fun this year. We all know the holidays will be different, but with some enthusiasm and excitement, Halloween can still be just as fun, no matter how your family decides to celebrate!
